"The property is located within 10 minutes walking from Ekoda station and Higashi-Nagasaki station at Seibu-Ikebukuro line, In northern and southern way, you can also use Shin-Ekoda station of Oedo line by foot in about 10 minutes, and Sengawa station of Yurakucho line in about 13 minutes. Even though there are no bisycle parkings, you can use so many lines by foot that this property is convenient. you would not be bothered to go shopping, thanks to supermarkets, conenience stores, and a local shopping area. the house is a two-story building and there are 6 rooms in each floor. a wash basin, a toilet, a shouwer room, and electric uquipment are prepared floor by floor We do recommend doing an inspection.
