・Customers who stayed outside of Japan within less than 2 weeks.

Customers who are requested quarantine through country-entering medical inspection will be asked to manage transportation and accommodations that are recognized by government yourself.

※Contract procedure can be approved for customers who passed medical inspection after 2 weeks quarantine.

※Our properties’ tenants who return to Japan will be also required 2 weeks quarantine.

※Our staff will examine the passport in order to confirm your arrival details into Japan.

※If the infection occurred inside property without informing us true arrival condition, the cost of disinfection will be charged on you.

※We can’t accept contract inquiry which doesn’t agree with our corporate policy.

We prioritize our tenants’ health and safety and follow Japanese government policy and measurements for the virus precaution.
